Welcome to MedicoTech Solutions. By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Engagement & Inquiries

The submission of an inquiry form via our website or direct contact channels serves as a request for information and does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. MedicoTech Solutions reserves the right to accept or decline any project based on feasibility, ethical considerations, or resource availability.

2. Pricing & Quotations

Any pricing information displayed on the website is indicative. The final charges for any requested service (Thesis assistance, Web development, or App creation) will be decided only after a thorough analysis of the specific requirements, scope of work, and technical complexity. A formal quotation will be communicated to you via email or official messaging channels.

3. Payments & Commencement

Work on any project will commence only upon the formal acceptance of the quotation and the Terms of Service by the client.

• Advance Payment: A mandatory advance payment of 50% of the total agreed charges is required to initiate the project.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion or milestones as defined in the specific project agreement.

4. Project Timelines

The timeline for project completion is not fixed and varies based on the complexity of the task. The final timeline will be determined after reviewing your specific requirements and must be mutually agreed upon by both parties (MedicoTech and the Client) before work begins. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed feedback from the client.

5. Research Papers & Thesis Services

Our research and thesis assistance services are designed to support medical professionals in adhering to academic standards. The following specific terms and limitations apply to thesis writing and research projects:

• Project Scope & Details: The thesis will be written strictly as per the topic and details provided by the client prior to starting the project, and as mutually agreed upon. Payments must be processed as per the payment terms outlined in Section 3.
• Deliverables & Formatting: Final thesis files will be delivered in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, standardized in Times New Roman (TNR) 14px font. MedicoTech does not provide final university-specific formatting and printing support; this remains the sole responsibility of the candidate as per their institution's guidelines.
• Scope Changes & Revisions: Revisions requested by the client or guide will be entertained by our team, provided they are strictly limited to the original master chart data provided. Any major changes in the topic, objectives, or other details after the drafting of core sections (e.g., Introduction, Review of Literature, Results, Discussion) has commenced, or revisions requiring new data analysis, will incur additional charges.
• No Acceptance Guarantee: While we adhere strictly to specific journal guidelines and NMC norms, MedicoTech does not guarantee acceptance of any research paper, thesis, or manuscript by any specific journal or university. Editorial and academic decisions are subjective and beyond our control.
• Ethical Standards: We do not engage in data fabrication. The client is fully responsible for the authenticity and ethical collection of the raw data provided.

6. Data Usage, Confidentiality & Payment Default

6.1 Confidentiality & Security Measures

MedicoTech Solutions, and its owners, authors and other staff are committed to maintaining the strict confidentiality of the data provided by our clients required for the project execution. We implement essential and industry-standard security measures to protect your documents, patient data (which must be properly anonymized by the client prior to submission), and research protocols. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that the data provided is anonymized and free from any personally identifiable information of the patients or study subjects

6.2 License to Use Data & Cloud Processing

By submitting data, master charts, or other materials, the client expressly grants MedicoTech Solutions, its affiliated doctors, data operators, writers, and authorized partners a non-exclusive, limited license to access, process, and utilize the provided data strictly for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon project.

Medicotech is committed and takes all reasonable measures to safeguard the data provided by its clients. We ensure that the details provided and the data including master charts etc are used strictly for the completion of the project only.

To facilitate collaborative and secure workflows, MedicoTech utilizes established third-party cloud storage and processing services, including but not limited to Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive.

6.3 Limitation of Liability for Data Loss

While we employ standard safeguards, MedicoTech Solutions shall not be held liable for any data breach, data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, cyber-attacks, server failures of our third-party cloud service providers, or systemic internet outages. Clients are strongly advised to retain original copies of all master charts and data submitted to us.

7. Website & App Development Services

For technical development projects (Websites and Apps), the scope is defined strictly by the inputs provided by the client during the planning phase.

• Development Basis: We build assets based on your approved requirements and design preferences.
• Revision Policy: Upon completion of the initial draft, the client is entitled to two (2) rounds of minor revisions included in the initial cost.
• Additional Revisions: Any revisions beyond the initial two rounds, or major structural changes requested after development has commenced, will incur additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

MedicoTech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including internet failures, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
